IN HOME OR VIRTUAL 1:1 PRENATAL CLASSIf you would prefer just the prenatal Information, this class is jammed packed of everything you need to know on getting ready for labour and birth. In this class you will learn:

During this life changing time, support is absolutely necessary and can help reduce the risk of postpartum mood disorders. Recovering from labour and birth on top of looking after a newborn requires assistance for someone to help you cook meals, do light cleaning, throwing in some laundry, helping with infant care, supporting with any infant feeding issues and of course someone to help you catch some sleep for much needed rest. Emotional support during this time is essential, especially with the fluctuations of all the hormones. All of our postpartum care packages include these services, infant sleep education to aid with any sleep questions you may have, postpartum 101 and ongoing text/email support. The hours in each package can be used up in whichever way you will find it most beneficial to you throughout the first year of postpartum (maximum of 4 hours at each visit and maximum of 3 hours for overnight care) and must be booked with notice. With any purchase of our postpartum services, you will receive 15% off our Infant Sleep Package.

INFANT SLEEP SUPPORT PACKAGEHaving your sleep schedule to coincide with your infants sleep schedule can be difficult. Not only are you learning to become a new parent but your little one is learning a new outside world. We teach the normal development of your child’s sleep and techniques and tips on how to help you and your baby sleep more using a holistic approach. This package includes:
$197 If additional support Is required in the future as baby grows and their development progresses, a 1-hour meeting can be booked to evaluate new sleep Issues and a new customized sleep plan can be created at the cost of $127 with 2 weeks of email/text support.

CAR SEAT INSTALLATION
As a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician, we are happy to guide you on how to properly install your child's car seat as safe as possible. We will also educate you on best practices for child restraints and child passenger safety.
